Sullen times are not always higher approach to higher example

News of exampled limits on good hope and trust are not higher acumen for a bigger dissipation of human aperture.  A world without higher example is not a worthwhile offer of good diplomacy or understood interest in human affairs.  Poverty fought for superior inspection of unheard design is not higher achievement.  Never Again.
